Role
The Global Evaluation team within the Business Process PMO is looking for a program manager to help drive the business priorities and process improvements. The scope of the job will include, but not limited to - Building the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) required to manage the Return On Investment (ROI) for the business; Define and implement projects to help drive key KPI targets and advance the business capability of the Evals business and Help drive the integration of the legacy Dell and legacy EMC programs into a cohesive end to end structure.

Responsibilities
-Drive projects to help optimize the business
-Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews.
-Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
-Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.
-Define supporting and/or driving process improvements

Requirements
-Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
-Process improvement, program management experience
-Analytical skills for data driven action plans
-Knowledge of the sales processes or products across Dell EMC a plus

Preference
-MBA preferred
