The L&D Program Mgmt. Senior Advisor will join our global IT People Development team, focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent for Dell Innovation & Technology. This role will work across HR, IT functions, and O&CS L&D peers to ensure IT talent development. Listening, Learning quickly, understanding our customers (IT), and organizational agility are critical skills for this role.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Regional Development program planning & execution (ITRP, ITDP, Emerging Leaders (IG))
  • Global alignment and collaboration for all programs supported
  • Engagement with universities, UR, TA, and IT leaders for - UR planning and recruiting, Planning assignments and roles, onboarding and program support
  • Facilitating and supporting our interns, campus hires, ITDP and ITRP program participants (including events, training, mentor alignment, etc)
  • On-boarding, Regional Boot Camps
  • Learning planning and facilitation for campus hires, including facilitation for specific trainings
  • Engagement with Senior leaders and dedicated volunteers for all of our programs
  • Conference coordination
  • Support for regional Training engagement

Experience (Recommended):
  • 10+ years of relevant L&D experience or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience.
  • Relationship management experience
  • Ability to work in large/complex organization
  • Ability to communicate and influence without authority
  • Ability to set prioritize under tight deadlines and pressure

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Human resources, organizational design, adult education (or equivalent diploma/work experiences)
